Your affiliate storefront

KitaJual helps Malaysian creators organise manually entered Shopee Malaysia and TikTok Shop affiliate products. You are responsible for accurate descriptions, authorised images, valid affiliate links and disclosures. KitaJual does not process marketplace orders or guarantee commissions, sales or earnings.

Free plan and access

Every account includes the Free plan with 5 product listings and no end date. When a paid plan ends, the account continues on the Free plan and saved content is kept. Every saved product, including drafts, uses one slot. After expiry, product editing, uploads and public storefront access are restricted. Your records are preserved; you can still sign in, review billing and change profile settings.

Subscription plans and historical purchases

Plus is RM25.90 per calendar month with 49 listings, or RM238.80 per year (RM19.90 a month, paid once upfront) with 128 listings (49 base plus 79 annual bonus). Pro is RM49.90 per calendar month with 99 listings, or RM478.80 per year (RM39.90 a month, paid once upfront) with 298 listings (99 base plus 199 annual bonus). Pro+ is RM89.90 per calendar month with 199 listings, or RM838.80 per year (RM69.90 a month, paid once upfront) with 398 listings (199 base plus 199 annual bonus). Annual plans are one payment for 12 months, never monthly charges. Monthly access does not include annual bonus listings. Existing trial and paid-period dates and allowances are preserved for their current periods; the new terms apply to a new verified purchase or renewal. Paid access renews manually; there are no automatic renewal charges. Checkout and renewals are not available yet. Plus includes up to 4 photos per product and 2 custom storefront sections in a fixed layout. Pro includes up to 5 photos and 1 video per product, 4 reorderable sections and a manual featured product. If paid access ends or moves to a lower plan, saved media and sections are kept but only the current plan’s allowance is shown publicly. Once payments are available, access changes only after server verification. Historical lifetime and slot-pack purchase records are preserved and reviewed separately; they are not automatically converted to a new subscription.

Marketplace and service availability

Products are bought on the linked marketplace, whose pricing, fulfilment and terms apply. Affiliate eligibility is managed by the marketplace. Storefront availability depends on service operation, account eligibility and compliance with these terms. The operator must give reasonable notice of material service changes.

Refunds and support

A commercial refund policy and working support contact are pending operator review. Payments remain disabled. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude applicable statutory rights.
