Your privacy matters.
Launch draft · 25 October 2026. The operating business must complete its contact details and review this policy before accepting real customers.
What the service uses
KitaJual uses your account email to authenticate you and send account messages. Your storefront name, username, biography, images, social link and published products are public when your storefront is visible and eligible.
Product clicks and payments
Click records contain a product identifier, storefront owner identifier and timestamp. The application does not store raw visitor IP addresses. Hosting and marketplace providers may maintain their own logs under their policies. Payment records contain the provider reference, amount, product purchased and payment status. Payment details are entered with the payment provider.
Storage and your choices
Supabase stores account, product, image and transaction data. Hosting is selected by the operator; confirm hosting locations and subprocessors before launch. Authentication uses session cookies. No advertising analytics are included. Store images use public storage URLs; anyone with an image URL can view it even if a storefront is hidden.
Retention and requests
Trial expiry preserves your data. You can edit your profile and visibility settings. Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. The operator must publish a working privacy contact and a retention schedule before launch; financial records may need retention under applicable obligations.
